Since each order is custom made specifically for you, all sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged. Please check all aspects of your order, such as dimensions, color, and ground prior to purchase.

Due to the digital printing process and natural textures of the Belgian linen, variations can occur in our fabric. Flex marks can occur on fabrics with large color areas due to the natural texture of the linen and are not considered a flaw. We embrace the imperfect qualities of the creative process and natural materials that contribute to a one of a kind feel.

We strongly recommend ordering a sample swatch. While we strive for a high quality standard of consistency, exceptions can occur. Dye lots may vary and as a result, there may be slight color variations between your swatch and the final product.

If you feel that your order is defective please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so that we can review your issue. We are here to help!

To start a return, you can contact us at jill@studio-jill.com. If your return is accepted, we will send further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Immediately after ordering, you will receive a confirmation to let you know we’ve received your order. Once we ship your order you will receive information that will let you know your order is on it’s way.

Since your items will be made to order, we highly recommend sampling first. We offer samples of our patterns in 100% Belgian linen. Simply select “swatch” in the dropdown on the fabric page of your choice and add to cart.

Rate is dependent on package size, weight and destination.

Tip: If ordering pillows, selecting "no insert" will lower your item cost and shipping rate nicely!

We can offer custom colors for our patterns (fabric, wallpaper and pillows).

Creating a custom color may involve additional fees for design time and sending strike-offs for your approval. Usually, we estimate a 6-8 week lead time for your project. Please email jill@studiojill.com to inquire.

Pillow Covers: Our pillow covers are carefully made to order, with double sided matched panels, knife-edge construction, invisible zip closure, and no visible labels.

Pillow Inserts: Our inserts are 10/90 down/feather fill and have the full look that is shown in all our photos.
